Total crap. First, the color of the wood was totally different from what they portrayed. Then,after putting the chair together, we found that the one armpiece was cracked and missing a chunk of wood. Rather than having to disassemble and put the whole thing back in box, we contacted Amazon and asked if the seller could just send us a replacement arm. We were told to contact the seller and assured that it was policy to replace the defective part free. Well, we contacted Coaster Furniture and they ignored our request and never bother to send replacement part. The worst customer service ever. This chair isn t even comfortable to sit in and not worth the money for defective, shoddy materials. I m taking it apart and they can take their cheap, broken chair back. I thought it was more than reasonable to request a new armpiece rather than to have to return the whole chair, but apparently Coaster Furniture doesn t care about customer satisfaction or the quality of their products. Really, do not waste your money. This is not an attractive, well made or comfortable chair and the customer service is terrible. This is the worst thing we ever bought off of Amazon.
