Have had several compliments on this gorgeous chandelier. It looks to be exactly the same as one sold by a major high end chain in the malls for 849. Gives lots of light due to refraction from crystals so we added a dimmer- perfect The bulbs are a bit of a challenge to install replace unless you remove some crystals so install bulbs first. Our ceilings are vaulted to 18 feet there was more than enough chain and wire and it hangs level due to the rectangular cover plate that hides the electrical box inside the ceiling. Took about 10 minutes to wire plus a couple of hours for two of us to assemble due to of the crystals. Delivery was quick but some crystals arrived broken. Service rep Milton Light Up My Home was fantastic- he sent replacements plus 4 extras of each the same day via 2-day delivery at no cost that arrived fully in tact.
