These chair base cross tubes attach to a 10.25 swivel plate which can then attach to our 22 , 24 , 25.5 diameter ring base not included adding swivel motion to your furniture. Cross tubes come in 14 5 8 to 18 5 8 length. These are 1 square tubular steel with pre-drilled mounting holes. Listing is for 2 cross tubes only and does not include swivel plate or ring base.
