But unfortunately I got the REJECT chair. The pattern in great and the chair looks good from the front, but the back of the chair the birds are UPSIDE DOWN I guess this wouldn t be to much of a problem if the chair was forever going to be against a wall so no one would see. But for me this chair and where I wanted it, the back will be showing all the time. Actually after rearranging some furniture I had decided to order another chair as well. Thank goodness I had not gotten around to that yet as I would have had a flock of UPSIDE DOWN BIRDS Having the birds being UPSIDE DOWN is not a good look. When I contacted Madison Park customer service, well lets say no service at all And they really didn t read my e-mail correctly and put things in the response that I did not say They said because it is not the quality I desire . For that, you would have to return the item at your cost . I guess it s just me then, I must be the only person on the planet that thinks UPSIDE DOWN BIRDS on a chair is not right So very disappointed this is a big deal for me and I am not able to just throw away 212.00 And worst of all the manufacture Madison Park could care less. And yes I did send them a picture of the UPSIDE DOWN BIRDS This is the type of chair that you possibly could find at Homegoods, T.J. s, Marshalls or At Home. And I am sure all of these stores would take back UPSIDE DOWN BIRDS. But then again if you were shopping there you would be able to see the UPSIDE DOWN BIRDS and decide for yourself if you can live with that. Maybe that is why they don t have a picture of the back of the chair on line Maybe or I just got the REJECT one.
