Customer reviews3 months old, big BOING noise, spring now poking through the outside back of the chairLane High leg chair ChloeVERY FIRMLove my ReclinerGood product yet very small in size.Lane ReclinerGreat value I love my granny chair
I gave this chair a great review when I got it, but in 3 months, it s starting to break down. Metallic noises from the back when you move, and I heard a big BOING noise while I was sitting in it, and discovered a metal spring poking out the back. Contacted Amazon, they gave me Lane warranty website. Went there, no way to contact them. Tried Lane Furniture website, it s under construction. Tried every variation of a customer service or website info email address, all bounced back. Googled their contact information, found a page with a Contact Us form, filled it out twice, and each time it just hangs, and never connects. I think I m skwood here. I d think twice before buying
