The tufting has been replaced with seams, the chair now comes unassembled, the legs are plastic, the seams and shape are all different. In short, it looks like a cheap children s imitation of the last chair I ordered. I absolutely hate it, but it s so difficult to return such a large item that I don t know what to do.
