What they don t tell you in the packaging is to leave the screws loose when you assemble the back to the seat. You have to line up the screws in both the back and seat before tightening. I first had the screws in the back to snug so the legs wouldn t align with the seat holes.Loosen them up a little so the legs could move and the holes will align. Easy to assemble. Just remember to just start all the screws before tightening.
