I really like the chair its nice and comfortable , a bit difficult to asseble. However, first time I recieved it with a broken piece and I had to return it, evebtually I got my chair after almost two weeks ... this seems to be the case for another customer too so I guess just make sure you ask them to check all the pieces before shipment.
